Establishment of a Monitoring and Evaluation System for Agricultural and Rural Development Policies
Within this Activity, technical support is provided by engaged consultants to monitor agricultural and rural development policies, define the data variables to be included in the integrated system, analyse the policies, and create an evaluation system. The objective is to enable evidence-based policymaking in agriculture and rural development and to support more informed and justified decisions.
Development and Establishment of an Integrated Information System for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy (MAFWE)
This Activity involves procurement of hardware and software to establish a unified digital platform that will integrate all relevant data infrastructure for agriculture and rural development — including registries, databases, and applications from MAFWE and other institutions. The goal is to provide easier and faster access to accurate, timely and comprehensive data, thereby improving policy monitoring and evaluation, better allocation of resources, increased institutional efficiency, and enhanced evidence-based decision-making.
