The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy has announced a Public Call for Expressions of Interest for the engagement of an Individual Consultant – Civil Engineer (part-time) under the Agriculture Modernization Project, financed by the World Bank.
The selected consultant will oversee construction and reconstruction activities, prepare and review technical documentation, monitor construction works, and ensure compliance with national legislation, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
Applicants must hold a university degree in civil engineering, have at least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of seven years on similar projects, as well as experience in project management, FIDIC contracts, and the national construction regulatory framework. Excellent command of English and strong computer skills are also required.
The assignment will be carried out on a part-time basis over a period of 16 months, with an estimated input of 100 working days. Expressions of interest must be submitted no later than 13 August 2026, at 12:00 (Skopje time).
